I am passionate about education and sharing what I've learned. Since this is the first time I'm offering this course, I am offering it for free in hopes you share your feedback to improve it for future students. No, you do not need to have a background in finance or other credentials to "qualify" or benefit from this course. This is designed as an "introduction", and it is my goal to explain concepts in an approachable and easy-to-understand manner. If you ever need clarification, you'll be able to reach me direct.

Finance can be intimidating; I'm trying to help solve that.

Spoiler Alert:  This is my first course in a series that will get progressively more in depth. Just a head's up for my overachievers out there.

This course was designed for mid-to-senior career professionals who advise lower-middle-market to middle-market businesses in the United States. The content will have a heavy emphasis on Private Credit and Private Equity, specifically as it relates to privately held, operational, entities.

Attorneys, accounting professionals, wealth advisors, commercial bankers can all benefit. Anyone with a curiosity about this space will benefit. 

I specifically want to reach the folks who may hear these terms in conversation and simply nod along; too embarassed to ask questions. If that's you, you're in the right place.

No, this is a "cohort" style course, which means registrants will all start and finish the course at the same time.  I do plan on offering this course in the future, but this first session will be the only time I'm offering it complimentary.

I love learning, and I've spent my professional career (20 years!) seeking to better understand the realm of finance so I could better serve others. It's my passion, my hobby, and I have a sincere desire to share what I've learned.  I'm a student first, and a teacher second.

For my "day job", I lead a nationwide debt placement and advisory practice where I almost exclusively work within the alternative finance realm to serve my clients. So I get to share what I've learned (theory) with what I'm experiencing in practice (reality).
